Job Description
Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to provide excellent patient-centered care and services within a dynamic pharmacy team environment. The successful candidate will utilize their pharmacist skills to review and dispense prescriptions, provide patient consultation, and maintain current knowledge of pharmacy laws and protocols.

Requirements

  • Pharmacy doctorate degree from an ACPE accredited pharmacy school required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy setting required
  • Valid CA pharmacist license required
  • Current CA DEA licensure is required and is to be maintained as a condition of employment
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through an American Heart Association (AHA) approved source is required upon hire and must be maintained as a condition of employment
  • Pharmacy practice residency preferred
  • Board Certification Pharmacotherapy Specialist or other specialty preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
