Stefans Soccer is looking for a Retail Store Manager to join our team. The Retail Store Manager will oversee a retail location and its staff to achieve profitable sales in the Madison location.

Requirements

Passion for customer service
Some knowledge of the sporting goods industry a bonus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration preferred or recent related experience
Ability to stay calm, patient and professional at all times
Strong leadership skills with a proven record of motivating staff
Excellent communication, sales and customer service skills
