Job Description
The Store Manager directs the activities of the retail thrift store and production floor to ensure maximum revenues, effectiveness and profitability, and are accountable for customer satisfaction and employee morale.

Requirements

  • Supervision and coaching of all staff in their performance of duties to ensure compliance with directives and guidelines
  • Maintaining appropriate staffing levels
  • Interviewing and hiring new store employees
  • Providing ongoing training and coaching for new and existing personnel on store policies and procedures
  • Monitoring due dates and providing specific written input with reference to annual evaluations/reviews of employees
  • Ensuring that all staff and volunteers will be thoroughly orientated in safety and accident policy and procedures
