Job Description
The Strategy & Operations Intern (Summer 2026) role is an opportunity to gain exposure to operational and organizational skill sets, with a focus on project management, AI business intelligence, internal communications, operations & tools, data & process enablement, and relationship development and management. The program is designed to provide mentorship, hands-on learning, and access to projects across Grammarly.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a full-time degree-seeking program and in the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree.
Available for the entire duration of a twelve-week program
Can collaborate in person in our San Francisco hub at least three days per week.
Possesses excellent organizational abilities, perfect for managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Highly detail-oriented and proactive.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excited to learn, adaptable to change, and curious about how businesses run.
Collaborative teammate who thrives in a fast-paced, modern office environment.
Comfortable with tools like Coda, Google Workspace, Slack (or eager to learn).
A creative problem solver with a knack for navigating ambiguous environments, ready to tackle unexpected challenges.
Enthusiastic about solving business problems, with strong problem-solving skills to back it up.
Passionate about AI and the broader technology industry, eager to explore and innovate in this dynamic field.
Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
