Job Description
Strategy & PMO Director to partner with leaders across the business to gather, analyze, and prioritize impactful growth projects, and lead teams to design, launch, and drive key initiatives to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and accelerate business growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years leading strategic, customer-facing, or operational projects
  • at least 2 years working at a top strategy consulting firm
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, distill insights, communicate the 'so what', and drive data-informed action
  • Comfortable influencing and engaging stakeholders across all levels
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Expert in Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with modern project management and visualization tools
