Job Description
Summer Intern, Neighborhood Strategies: A 10-week internship program at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, working on exciting projects in one of EDC’s many dynamic departments, with training programs, networking events, and other professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Conduct planning research and neighborhood analysis to help inform current and future projects
  • Support planning and preparation for community engagements for projects, as well as participate in meetings
  • General project management to move projects forward and contribute to meeting interim and long-term milestones
  • Coordinate with other departments, agencies, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare project presentations for internal and external audiences
