Job Description
Supervisor - Customer Relations Center responsible for overseeing daily operations and staff of the call center, responding to customer inquiries & complaints, and supervising clerical and administrative support.

Requirements

  • Supervise team members to handle inbound customer telephone calls with maximum productivity, high quality of customer service, and adherence to policy and procedures
  • Respond to escalated customer complaints
  • Provide coaching, counseling and performance feedback to team members
  • Manage the referral process to NYSERDA for weatherization and energy education assistance
  • Perform supervisory stand-by duty, as required, during storms and other restoration efforts
