Job Description
Responsible for overseeing, guiding, and directing the ED Work group staff, including competency, scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluation. Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of health record and coding practices and requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Coding Experience
  • Associates degree in Health Information Management
  • Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT)
