Requirements

  • At least 1 year of mentorship, Team Lead, or Supervisor experience (preferably in a customer service role)
  • Stellar organizational skills and intermediate computer skills
  • Pay close attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing, positive, team-spirited, one-for-all personality
  • Ability to think outside the box and innovate
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
