Job Description
HPC-Industrial is looking for a Supervisor IS to work at a customer location in Reserve, LA, responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating daily operations of service line crews, ensuring compliance with company policies and providing quality services.

Requirements

  • Instructs, provides feedback, and directs crew in performance of job duties
  • May schedule job and crews, dispatch crews based on calls received
  • May act as Operations Manager or Branch Manager when requested
  • Inspects equipment and general work area prior to starting any job
  • Trains Technicians and Operators on-the-job in equipment operation, service line processes, and necessary paperwork
