Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor oversees daily operations of the physician practices, including clerical, clinical and inventory functions. They direct on-site office clinical staff in coordination with the physician practice manager.

Requirements

  • Determine appropriate office clinical staffing levels and schedule necessary coverage.
  • Participate in the selection and training of all support staff.
  • Supervise the performance of all clinical support staff and maintain staff attendance records.
  • Perform telephone triage, communicate, and adjudicate physician/provider orders and provide timely and accurate medical documentation of actions taken.
  • Perform phlebotomy, administer injections, immunizations, and other special procedures.
