Job Description
IU Health is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their Clinical Specialty Team in Indianapolis, IN. The role will support recruitment for Clinical Specialty roles throughout the IU Health system and will be responsible for conducting thorough intake conversations, designing and posting positions, sourcing, reviewing and screening applicants, and completing offer processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation and analytical abilities
  • Adaptability, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using various recruiting platforms and applications
  • Market knowledge in sourcing top talent
  • Demonstrated use of data and analytics to inform recommendations and experience reporting out to stakeholders
  • Strong abilities to partner successfully with key stakeholders and build long-term, trusting relationships
  • Compassion, empathy, professionalism and integrity
  • Previous healthcare recruiting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required or equivalent years of experience
  • Requires knowledge in passive sourcing concepts
  • Requires knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.)
  • Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and using an applicant tracking system
  • Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience; previous recruiting experience preferred, healthcare setting preferred
  • Requires talent acquisition experience within a matrixed organization
