The role involves supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts, managing job postings, and maintaining the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of relevant HR or recruitment coordination experience (post college)
  • Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently with strong personal accountability, time management, and initiative
  • Comfort with handling confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS tools
  • General understanding of HR processes, compliance considerations, and employment best practices
  • Interest in contributing to People & Culture projects beyond core recruiting coordination responsibilities
