Job Description
Watchmaker Genomics is inviting applications for the full-time position of Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Boulder, Colorado. The role involves supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts, managing job postings, and maintaining the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented self-starter, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment and contributes directly to our company culture and success.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of relevant HR or recruitment coordination experience (post college)
Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work independently with strong personal accountability, time management, and initiative
Comfort with handling confidential information with discretion and integrity
Proficiency with Google Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS tools
General understanding of HR processes, compliance considerations, and employment best practices
Interest in contributing to People & Culture projects beyond core recruiting coordination responsibilities
