Requirements
Manage a growing team of onboarding/backoffice specialists handling customer onboarding, quote creation, and amendments
Oversee daily operations and track team performance against KPIs/OKRs
Become an expert on the Deel platform to train specialists and assist customers with product features
Serve as an escalation point for customer issues and resolve them effectively
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Operations, Product, Engineering) to improve customer experience
Suggest and implement process improvements and automation to optimize onboarding workflows
Provide ongoing training, feedback, and coaching for continuous team development
