Requirements

  • Manage a growing team of onboarding/backoffice specialists handling customer onboarding, quote creation, and amendments
  • Oversee daily operations and track team performance against KPIs/OKRs
  • Become an expert on the Deel platform to train specialists and assist customers with product features
  • Serve as an escalation point for customer issues and resolve them effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Operations, Product, Engineering) to improve customer experience
  • Suggest and implement process improvements and automation to optimize onboarding workflows
  • Provide ongoing training, feedback, and coaching for continuous team development
