Job Description
Gauntlet leads the field in quantitative research and optimization of DeFi economics. We're seeking a Technical Recruiter who can identify, attract, and close top-tier engineering talent in crypto.

Requirements

  • Own sourcing, outreach, screening, interviews, and closing for technical roles
  • Build and maintain diverse, high-quality pipelines across multiple functions
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance
  • Leverage on-chain reputation tools, GitHub activity, DAO contributions, Crypto Twitter/Farcaster/Discord communities, open source communities, hackathons, L2 ecosystems and crypto-specific hiring channels
  • Work directly with engineering leadership & hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs
  • Advise hiring teams on best practices for conducting interviews and making informed, data-driven decisions
  • Maintain structured hiring pipelines, interview scorecards, and ATS hygiene
  • Implement structured evaluation frameworks that align with Gauntlet’s standards
  • Proactively suggest improvements to hiring processes, outreach copy, interview structure, and branding across technical roles
