Job Description
The Technical Trainer - Pharmacy Operations is responsible for being the product expert and has direct involvement with the implementation of the customer-purchased Omnicell solutions. They will facilitate training, coordinate training logistics, coach and support participants, evaluate and improve training, and invest in continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to assess training needs and deliver sessions in various formats
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Active State Pharmacy Technician License / Registration
  • Active National Pharmacy Technician Certificate
