Job Description
EquipmentShare is seeking a Territory Account Manager to expand its customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The role focuses on full sales strategy execution, customer retention, and revenue growth through a collaborative, people-first environment. Requirements

  • First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who’s tenacious and innovative and possesses superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B is sales preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
  • Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated
