Job Description
Stoke is a startup focused on reusable launch systems for space exploration, aiming to make space travel more affordable and reliable. The Thermal-Fluids Analyst will build thermal and fluids models for launch vehicle systems, impacting their performance and design. The role offers the opportunity to work on real-world problems and contributes directly to the development of a scalable space industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in aerospace thermal-fluids analysis
  • Demonstrated capability to perform analysis of complex thermo-fluid systems
  • Experience with industry standard tools such as Thermal Desktop & ANSYS Mechanical
  • Programming experience in either Python or Matlab
  • Strong fundamentals in thermodynamics
  • ITAR Requirements - U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual
