Job Description
The Operations Training Coordinator is responsible for executing and delivering on-the-floor, skills-based training within the operations environment, ensuring consistent and high-quality training for production employees, and collaborating with Cell Leaders to reinforce standard work and improve workforce readiness.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing or production environment, with training experience
  • Certification in PIT training or other relevant operational certifications
  • Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment
