Traveling Community Operations Support Specialist

Requirements

• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time with easy access to large Airport
• Proven ability to lead and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Experience in community operations, customer service, and leasing with a strong understanding of sales strategies and resident acquisition
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Technologically proficient with experience in property management systems and tools
• Demonstrated ability to support training efforts, and provide operational coverage as needed
• Understanding of financial processes, including budgets and variance review, is preferred
• A background in process improvement, community setup, or operations support is a plus
• Leadership or project management experience is highly desirable
