Job Description
The Product Manager plays a pivotal dual role in driving product strategy and enhancing business operations within the Value-Added Beef team. This position supports strategic decision-making across pricing, product development, and operational planning.
Requirements
Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in the beef industry preferred
Ability to navigate relationships with sales, pricing, scheduling, production and business analysis departments; as well as key customers
Strong data analysis skill with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and sales planning skills preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
QlikView experience preferred
Experience in JBS Systems preferred (i.e. Quintiq, ECS, Shopfloor, SAP, etc.)
Ability to travel 10-20% of the time

Base salary range of $85,000 - $100,000
