Job Description
The Product Manager plays a pivotal dual role in driving product strategy and enhancing business operations within the Value-Added Beef team. This position supports strategic decision-making across pricing, product development, and operational planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in the beef industry preferred
  • Ability to navigate relationships with sales, pricing, scheduling, production and business analysis departments; as well as key customers
  • Strong data analysis skill with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and sales planning skills preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • QlikView experience preferred
  • Experience in JBS Systems preferred (i.e. Quintiq, ECS, Shopfloor, SAP, etc.)
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
