Requirements

5–15+ years of experience in operations leadership (fintech, legal services, or other regulated industries)
Proven track record of building and leading teams of 15+
Expert in process design, data-driven decision making, and systems scaling
Comfortable owning P&L and building KPIs from scratch
Thrives in founder-led, fast-growth environments
Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar preferred
