Job Description
The VP Finance is responsible for the General Ledger, financial reporting, and business consolidation processes for the corporate entity and all subsidiary companies. They will build and lead the financial integrations processes and implementation for acquired businesses, produce timely and accurate financial reports, and lead efficient financial processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and CPA certification
  • 5+ years of experience working with small to mid-size multi-location companies
  • Experience at the Controller/VP Finance level or ready to take next step into this role
  • Experience with total G/L and Financial Reporting responsibility
  • Experience building & approving accounting policy & procedures in a high-growth environment
  • Experience with acquisition growth businesses a plus
  • Experience with M&A financial onboarding a plus
  • 2+ years of experience managing company financial audits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point, including advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field management software systems is a plus
  • Home services (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) industry experience a plus
  • Private equity-backed portfolio company experience a plus
  • Local to the greater Dallas area
