Job Description
PIVOT INTERIORS is seeking a Warranty & Repair Coordinator to handle clients' warranty, new parts, and repair needs and perform administrative functions. The role involves coordinating with clients, manufacturers, and service teams to achieve accuracy and providing support for scheduling and order entry.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Experience with contract office furniture systems, preferably with Herman Miller furniture systems
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
  • Operations database experience and previous working experience with Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, and Excel are preferred
