Job Description
McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is seeking experienced Warranty Technicians to support our Renewable Energy projects. The role involves performing corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance and operations at assigned solar power facilities.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Full use of hands, arms, shoulders, back, and visual acuity including depth and color perception.
  • Proficient with basic electrical equipment.
  • Strong hands-on technical abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Skilled in summarizing and presenting key information.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, honest, and approachable communication style.
  • Problem-solver who adds value through initiative and responsiveness.
  • Able to build and maintain positive working relationships across diverse teams and locations.
  • Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work overtime, nights, and travel as needed.
