Requirements

  • Manage commercial claims with low to moderate complexity and exposures
  • Investigate and resolve claims according to company protocols, quality and customer service standards
  • Communicate with customers and insureds
  • Verify policy coverage, gather necessary information, and maintain file documentation
  • Authorize disbursements within authority limit
  • Exercise judgement to determine liability and compensability
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to facilitate best claim outcomes
  • Develop ability to manage expenses and deliver high quality service
  • Maintain compliance with state/local regulatory requirements
