Workload Automatiorn Scheduler

Requirements

• Design and create automated jobs and workflows using workload automation tools
• Develop and maintain job schedules to ensure timely execution of business processes and IT tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve job failures or scheduling conflicts
• Collaborate with application owners, developers, and support teams
• Document job definitions, scheduling logic, dependencies, and recovery procedures
• Implement changes and updates to job schedules in alignment with change management practices
• Continuously optimize and tune job schedules to improve performance, efficiency, and system stability
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for critical automated workloads
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and audit requirements related to automated jobs
