The Regional Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement will work independently and as part of the Career Education and Alumni Engagement (CEAEC) team to recruit, cultivate and steward a wide range of Saint Michael's College constituents, including alumni, parents, students, employers and community partners who will plan and participate in events and programs that leverage these relationships and prepare students for a successful life after college.
Based in the Greater Boston area, the successful candidate will be tasked with increasing career and internship opportunities for students, donor participation, and community building opportunities in Saint Michael's College's largest market. This person will utilize event planning, program development and volunteer management skills to create a strategic engagement plan for assigned groups and individuals. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, English or a related field
- 3-5 years' experience in event planning, development, marketing, volunteer management or other related field.
- Higher Education experience preferred.
- Driver's license - must be able to successfully pass driving record check. For criteria please see the Driver Acceptability Matrix.
