This position is a direct report to the Vice President IT and Chief Information Officer and a member of the Information Technology Senior Leadership Team. Responsible for leading a team of information technology professionals responsible for providing the IT department with the necessary support to achieve department goals by defining appropriate governance, methodologies, process frameworks, talent management, financial controls, stakeholder communications, voice of the customer, and project office functions This position will optimize the processes of the Information Technology Organization, and ensures that the cost of information technology and supports Enterprise's earnings targets through the design, development and maintenance of IT processes necessary to provide operational excellence. Oversee the following IT groups: Finance, Program Office, Quality Assurance, Process Improvement and Operational Excellence. Accountable for $200M IT O&M budget and $100M IT Capital budget. Area responsibilities include defining, developing, maintaining and improving key IT processes required to ensure the delivery of high quality and, cost-effective operational, project and system performance. Accountable for activities related to talent (attract, develop, engage, retain), communications, organizational change management and voice of the customer. Responsibilities include: • Oversee IT's Program Office accountable for IT portfolio management, including the design, development and maintenance of IT processes that support project delivery (CMMI/Agile), IT service delivery (ITIL) and Planning l excellence. • Oversee IT's Quality Assurance Group accountable for requirements management, quality/testing, and compliance to IT project processes. • Lead the development of IT's financial plan and direct all financial processes within Information Technology regarding planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. • Oversee IT's Operational Excellence group: accountable for workforce planning, development and sourcing, including the Intern and College recruiting programs. This area is also accountable for IT organizational change management, IT communications, and Voice of the Customer programs and initiatives. • Talent Management, including career development, coaching and counseling, performance management and compensation. Promote diversity and foster teamwork, collaboration, and learning. • Participate in the implementation of IT strategy/ policy, and in industry interest groups to maintain a relevant currency of knowledge.

Required Skills, Competencies, Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field • At least 15 years' experience in the technology field, with solid experience in a senior management role leading a staff for at least 10 years • At least 5 years' experience in project management of major development projects as an employee of a large corporation • Demonstrated understanding of and experience in IT project management and service delivery methodologies, requirements management, quality assurance and IT processes (CMMI/ITIL/Agile) • Comprehensive understanding of the financial processes including planning, budgeting, and controls. • Proven understanding of IT resource management, job positions, career paths, recruiting and compensation • Strong leadership and managerial skills: the ability to energize and administer multi-discipline, high-performance work teams to learn and apply new skills/techniques to achieve business results. • Excellent teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation skills. • Advanced interpersonal skills, communications skills, and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to present and discuss complex information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding and approval. • Ability to develop solid working relationships with peers and individuals in other areas of IT by understanding their perspectives and issues. • Ability to lead through influence • Excellent analytical ability and problem solving skills. • Demonstrated judgment and decision making capabilities. • Proven ability to manage, multiple highly complex projects in a cross functional environment including effectively arranging resources and management of multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment. • Ability to foster and develop a positive team environment.
