Summary of Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for performing executive administrative staff functions and managing the office for the Hospital’s CEO, CFO, CNO and COO consistent with the administrative policies, guidelines, and procedures of West Hills Hospital and Medical Center. The Executive Assistant must project a positive and professional attitude and image and act with confidence and a high level of confidentiality. He or She must be able to perform routine to complex administrative duties; performs secretarial/clerical duties supporting the Board of Directors (as applicable); and performs other related duties as assigned.
Associate of Arts degree in Secretarial/Administrative Assistant or related field required.
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration preferred, or another closely related field.
Five years or more of experience as an executive administrative assistant in a CEO/President level setting or as a Legal Secretary.
Hospital and corporate system experience preferred
