The Senior Industrial Client Services Specialist REIS coordinates and supports a clientâ€™s industrial and Hazardous Waste disposal needs and requests as determined by their service agreement. The Industrial Client Services Specialist REIS follows clearly defined processes and makes limited discretionary decisions and judgment calls as they pertain to client requests and position responsibilities. The Industrial Client Relations Specialist REIS is responsible for review and approval of client billing including discrepancy resolution.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilitites
Handles communicating the daily requests and modifications or issues with the waste disposal needs of multiple client accounts.
Disseminates key information to key team members based on daily client activity in Operations, Finance, logistics, and external teams.
Investigates and responds to client requests on a timely basis.
Ensures a high level of satisfaction to assigned clients by meeting the expectations of the client per their service agreement.
Maintains all aspects of client projects in multiple Databases.
Creates and maintains client account records. Regularly checks for completeness and accuracy in all database systems.
Prepares and reviews order for accuracy.
Coordinates the scheduling of all aspects of client account execution.
Ensures all required documents are properly maintained and available.
Prepares client profiles; gathers associated information and assigns codes per hazardous waste coding and disposal requirements.
Identifies appropriate hazardous disposal requirements when needed.
Monitors and provides internal reports regarding client progress to all appropriate team members on an as needed basis.
Interfaces with internal and external clients at all levels and provides clients with reports and detailed manifests as needed.
Provides assistance to other team members regarding their assigned clients when requested.
Assists with gathering data and information to prepare client presentations and other required reports.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

Bachelorâ€™s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, related area of study, or equivalent related work experience.
Demonstrated customer service and organizational skills.
Ability to produce routine and accurate analytical reports by combining data from multiple sources and databases.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, gain a thorough understanding of the project assigned, and ensure that the project is completed on time and per specification.
Knowledge of RCRA, DOT, State, Federal and local waste rules, requirements and processes. (Required.)
Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. (Required.)
