As Associate Marketing Analyst for Visa’s North America Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing integrated marketing and communications approaches that build on Visa’s rich heritage of innovation, leverage our unique portfolio of assets (such as the Olympics and NFL, as well as newer properties), and position Visa as the payments technology leader of the future. You’ll ensure seamless collaboration and operational excellence across the team, the broader Marketing & Communications function and external partners, to evolve the Visa brand for the future and bring innovations to market through sponsorships.

Qualifications

Basic qualification:Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred qualification:1-2 Years of relevant work experience Competitive GPA · ** Must be graduating / have graduated between May 2018 and July 2019 ** Highly organized and stellar project management skills and attention to detail Comfortable juggling multiple projects, quick to adapt to shifting priorities Interest working in both the sponsorship and experiential space Comfortable working across regional and global resources, inputs and time zones Innovative and curious, positive and proactive attitude – always looking for ways to do things better Outcome driven with solid grounding in creating and implementing a framework for metrics and technologies for sponsorship and digital measurement Demonstrates potential for strong executive presence – you’re able to modulate your style and tone to the audience Team player who demonstrates potential to perform well in a fast moving, highly collaborative and communicative global environment Be eligible to work in United States without work authorization sponsorship now or anytime in the future



Support the launch of a new sports sponsorship, including branding, product positioning, creative platform, and measurement framework. Project manage key sponsorship marketing initiatives. This role is highly cross-functional and requires collaboration across Product, Global and Regional Marketing, Communications, Sponsorship properties, Agencies, Finance, and other teams. 20% of time dedicated to supporting Client Marketing team initiatives. Work as a cross-functional project manager to bring payment innovations to market. Partner with Global and Regional marketing teams to advance key initiatives, serving as a N.A. hub to facilitate communications across teams, share best practices, and advance key business initiatives. Manage marketing projects end-to-end (e.g., develop project plan, brief with agencies and agency management, creative development, review process with legal) with limited supervisory support Manage relationships with internal (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Products, Operations, Legal, etc) and external stakeholders (Sponsorship Properties, Partners, Creative/Media/Experiential and other agencies) Work with the analytics team or agencies to track and measure the KPIs of the campaigns Manage the POs process and budget as part of the marketing campaign execution This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds. 5-10% travel may be required.
