The individual will support disposition activities of the firm, supervising the home repairs and assisting in the real estate transactions for Restore Utah’s Single Family home portfolio. The position will involve traveling to our various homes along the Wasatch Front to assess work scope, estimate repair costs, schedule and manage vendors, enforce quality standards, and communicate property status to team. Additionally, the individual will be working closely with the Realtors, Owners, and Vendors in order to effectively and efficiently prepare the homes for sale.
