Job Purpose

Responsible to deliver and report KPI’s to drive department performance.  This role involves regular interaction with management and leadership in support of strategic objectives.  In addition, the role acts as the primary liaison to finance departments on fleet financial matters, including budgeting and forecasting support.  This position also acts as a lead to support regulatory and audit objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and report various department KPI’s across both Fleet Asset and Fleet Maintenance processes
  • Develop and report internal customer facing KPI’s in support of service level agreements
  • Deliver analysis of replacement plans along with detailed lease forecasts
  • Support annual Fleet Services budgeting and forecasting processes in coordination with Finance
  • Works with management teams, leadership, and lean process improvement teams to support and implement on strategic objectives
  • Performs complex analyses and studies in support of management decision making; such as: Technician Staffing Analysis, Total Cost of Ownership Modelling, Asset Lifecycle Modelling, and Industry Benchmarking
  • Identify and analyze industry best practices
  • Primary support for regulatory rate case filings and information responses


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications
  • Must display technical aptitude to learn and adapt to new software and technical solutions
  • Proficient in the use of Business Objects, Tableau Server, and/or similar business intelligence reporting tools
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written skills
  • Must be able to adjust to changing priorities and respond to requests in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to travel to varied company and vendor locations
