Description Regional Sales Manager, Aesthetics, Field -  ChicagoPOSITION SUMMARY: The Regional Sales Manager, Aesthetics provides strategic management and sales leadership for a specific geography within the United States. Responsible for sales performance to include launching the first injectable for the treatment of cellulite (if approved); prospecting and building a pipeline for new business opportunities and expanding and maintaining sales.  Hire, coach and mentor a team of Territory Managers within assigned geography to build and enhance overall sales capabilities.  Help identify territory and regional level opportunities to drive launch performance.  Responsible for assisting with the strategy, account identification, selling process and business development of significant accounts in Territory Manager geographies.
