TBC is looking for a Service Expert / Credit Balance Management Manager to effectively manage free cash funds on credit accounts. The main goal is to analyze user behavior, financial motivations, and the impact of alternative products on the basis of segmentation, behavioral profiles, and volumes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a bank
  • Mandatory experience of working with deposits (product, analysis, or management)
  • Desirable experience in card and retail banking
