Job Description
National Account Manager for Flavors/Bakery division with up to $165K base salary and uncapped commissions. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, increasing sales, and executing go-to-market strategies. Requires 5+ years of food ingredient sales experience, strong technical R&D knowledge, and BA/BS in Food Science or related field.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders
  • Service existing customer accounts and establish new accounts
  • Maintain high level of visibility at accounts to build strong relationships
  • Focus sales efforts on most profitable business
  • Keep management informed by updating CRM and compiling call reports
  • Create and present professional presentations
  • Act as liaison between customer and internal teams
  • Execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and customers
  • Utilize sales process to carry opportunity through sales cycle
  • Develop annual sales and expense budget
  • Represent company at trade associating meetings and conventions
