We are a full-service marketing agency operating out of Falls Church City, specializing in social media management, branding, website design, and ads. We are a women-owned and operated marketing firm, and we serve a wide array of industries but specialize in the medical, law, and home services industries.

Requirements

  • Develop, maintain, and update WordPress websites with custom themes and plugins.
  • Implement Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads tracking, and Google Analytics to track and analyze website performance and user behavior.
  • Perform routine site maintenance, including hosting changes, email setup (SMTP), and debugging.
  • Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to make customizations and ensure responsive, visually appealing designs.
  • Work with popular visual builders like Elementor and other similar builders to create and edit layouts efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure the website design matches the brand's visual identity while enhancing the user experience.
  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to site performance, security, and functionality.
  • Be proactive in identifying areas of improvement and propose solutions to enhance site usability, performance, and conversions.
  • Ensure all websites are properly tested across different browsers and devices.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and clients, ensuring project requirements are met on time.
