Job Description
Experienced IT professional with a strong foundation in network administration, system support, and IT troubleshooting. Skilled in maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring security compliance, and optimizing system performance.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, network troubleshooting, and system maintenance
  • Hands-on experience with Server administration
  • Familiarity with firewalls, basic cybersecurity principles
  • Proficiency in network troubleshooting across LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi environments
  • Good troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic scripting knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, willing to accommodate non-standard work hours when necessary
