Job Description
Performs moderately complex tasks and task leadership to a process team responsible for the manufacture, assembly, repair or modification of products. Work is guided by diverse procedures, processes and/or technical methods of varying complexity.

Requirements

  • Acts as lead and problem solver, balances personnel and facilitates the movement of product(s) through designated area of responsibility.
  • Monitors the conduct, performance and contribution of cell members.
  • Performs manual assembly, operation of automated assembly equipment, hand soldering, operation of automated test equipment, and inspection and repair of products.
  • Monitors quantity and quality output and leads production or prototype team to meet group goals.
  • Compiles data and generates reports on cell performance.
