Job Description
Performs moderately complex tasks and task leadership to a process team responsible for the manufacture, assembly, repair or modification of products. The job requires some freedom to select best methods and procedures to follow to complete assignments. Tasks are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.

Requirements

  • Acts as lead and problem solver, balances personnel and facilitates the movement of product(s) through designated area of responsibility.
  • Monitors the conduct, performance and contribution of cell members.
  • Performs manual assembly, operation of automated assembly equipment, hand soldering, operation of automated test equipment, and inspection and repair of products.
  • Compiles data and generates reports on cell performance.
