Requirements

• Know and actively demonstrate our Company Mission Statement and Core Values
• Maintain uniform standard for all worked hours
• Greet guests with a smiling face and helpful demeanor
• Stock shelves, front and dust product, and review for out of date items
• Empty shopping cart onto register lane as needed
• Remove cases and/or boxes from the sales floor
• Clean up broken items
• Sweep and mop the floor
• Keep the parking lot clean of refuse
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot on a regular basis
• Empty trash receptacles in store and outside as needed
• Keep bathrooms clean and stocked
• Keep bags well stocked at registers
• Utilize proper lifting techniques
• Work in accordance with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA
• Load keg orders using keg lift if available
• Answer questions and provide information to guests
• May resolve guest complaints with courtesy and respect
• Suggestively sell add-on items to guests
• May be asked to run a cash register as business dictates
• Carry-out or dolly-out merchandise at guest request
• Avoid conversations with coworkers when guests are present
• Avoid use of personal cell phone while on the sales floor
• Prepare assigned areas for inventory and assist in the inventory process if needed
• Carry out directives of management efficiently
• Fulfill responsibilities with care and attention to detail
• Practice teamwork and cooperation with others
• Possess time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks
• Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment
• Constantly stand, lift, carry, walk, and bend, and reach products routinely weighing 50 pounds or more
• Maintain a valid TABC Beverage Sellers Permit and in some cases, a valid Food Handlers Permit
