Apply finish work as needed for every application. Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion. Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.

Must have 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience. Must have great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.
Requirements
- 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Knowledge of residential replacement windows, bending metal, wrapping windows, caulking
- Established LLC or Business running under EIN
- Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance
- Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer
