Role OverviewWork one-on-one with a student, helping them navigate classroom routines, build positive behaviors, and grow socially and emotionally. No two days are the same – and everyday matters.
What You Will Do
Provide constant support and supervision to the student, assist with transitions and adaptations between subjects and classes, and utilize strategies to assist the student in developing positive coping skills, problem solving, and conflict resolution.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable personal cell phone
- Collegiate level education in the area of behavioral science, special education, human services, or other related areas
- Experience working with at-risk youth and/or children/adults with disabilities
