Role OverviewProvide dedicated 1:1 nursing care and support to a kindergarten student during the school day, including bus transportation. Manage and monitor G-tube and central-line care in accordance with the student's individualized care plan and applicable nursing standards.
What You Will Do
Monitor the student's health status, respond to medical needs, and communicate effectively with the school team and caregivers. Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care, interventions, and relevant observations.

Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-based nursing care, including G-tube and central-line management
