Job Description
The Residential House Manager reports to the Residential Program Director and is responsible for the supervision of Direct Support Professionals, health and safety of persons served, and day-to-day operations of the residential site. The position requires empathy, compassion, teamwork, and a desire for growth.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. Degree preferred with one year experience in human services
  • Must be 21+ years old, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required) and be available by telephone for daily contact
