Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience or completion of the MIT program
  • Retail sales management experience
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts
  • Patience, friendliness, and an outgoing personality
  • Ability to solve practical workplace issues and interpret instructions
