Job Description
The Third Key position supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving all store objectives, including maximizing sales, ensuring team member productivity, and driving overall profitability. The role involves supervising sales staff, stockers, cashiers, and other non-management team members, and assisting with various store functions.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience or completion of the MIT program are required.
  • Retail sales management experience preferred.
  • Associate degree or higher preferred, but sometimes experience is the best education.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information.
  • Effective writing and presentation skills.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in both whole numbers and in fractions and decimals.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
  • Responsible, reliable, and committed to providing extraordinary service.
  • Patience, friendliness, and an outgoing personality.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to solve practical workplace issues and interpret a variety of instructions.
  • Valid TABC Beverage Sellers Permit, and in some cases, a valid Food Handlers or Food Managers Permit.
