Role OverviewCare With Heart is seeking Home Health Aides to provide hands-on care, share smiles, and make a real difference in the lives of their clients. The ideal candidate will be able to provide health care services, perform domestic and household tasks, and assist with clients' personal care activities.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include providing health care services in patients' residences, accompanying patients to doctors' offices or hospitals, administering prescribed medications, and maintaining patients' care records.

Requirements

- Reliable transportation
