The 1st Grade Teacher will internalize and execute common curricula, build achievement-oriented cultures, implement school-wide systems, communicate with families, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Requirements
- Valid Tennessee teaching license with the appropriate endorsement
- Bachelor's degree
- Full-time teaching experience in a school setting
- Experience and demonstrated success teaching in a high-performing school, serving a culturally and socioeconomically diverse school community is highly preferred
